Monday - Scheduled rest day.
Tuesday - Had 4 miles planned, but I forgot we had a Kings game to go to after work and I didn't run in the morning.
Wednesday - Enjoyed a light rain during my run this morning. My legs felt a little tight at times, but surprisingly fresh, 2-3 days after the LA Marathon. 10.38 miles in 1hr 38mins, pace felt casual/easy.
Thursday - Hit the trails behind my house for 6.1 miles with Lucy.
Friday - Rest day.
Saturday - Woke up at 6:00 am went out for a 22 mile run at 7:00 am, headed down to my parents house, hopped on BART, and caught a nice play in San Francisco.
Sunday - Visited some family and friends and ended up missing my 6 mile run. Starting a 2 week taper for the American River 50 Miler on April 6th!
